By accessing or using IP Accuracy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
IP Accuracy is a free, crowdsourced benchmarking tool that compares the accuracy of IP geolocation providers. Users voluntarily submit their IP address and device location to test geolocation accuracy across multiple providers. Results are aggregated into public leaderboards.
Individual test submissions belong to the users who created them and can be exported or deleted via the dashboard or by contacting us.
Aggregated, anonymized benchmark data (leaderboard rankings, statistical summaries) is produced by IP Accuracy and may be used, cited, or referenced with attribution.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IP Accuracy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
